Windows user interface is very basic and simple to use it has the task bar at the bottom and your desktop contains all the applications of your choice and you have the start menu where you can access everything on the computer. Mac OS has a more complicated UI when it comes to first time use as it can be complicated where everything is located but isn't as bad once you get used to it.
Windows has a command line feature which is a command line interpreter application and is used to execute the commands that you enter. These commands consist of automate tasks and batch files, perform advanced admin functions and solve certain problems on the windows operating system. The Macs command line is an application called terminal this is used for the same reason as the windows command line is and that is to type commands in to do specifically what you want.
On the new Windows operating systems such as Windows 10 it has a built in antivirus defender if you use it you gain protection against software threats like viruses, malware and spyware across email, apps, the cloud and the web. Mac OS has features built into the systems to keep the computer secure such as every so often there is a software update to keep the computer safe and you will get a notification when there is one.
